FIMS2000 - Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI)  / Governor Control and Ignition System

Highlights:

  • Full featured solution for closed-loop, air-fuel ratio control using fuel injection and a fuel mixer ring for high pressure gaseous-fueled engines. 20 PSI minimum gas supply.
  • Built-in engine speed governor compatible with multiple throttle bodies with many features including drive-by-wire functionality.
  • Sensor inputs include two stoichiometric / wideband oxygen, throttle position, MAP, boost pressure, knock, coolant temperature, oil pressure, exhaust gas temperature, intake air temperature, fuel pressure / temperature, fuel level, camshaft / crankshaft engine position.
  • Outputs include fan control relay, two fuel control valves, fuel shutoff valves, exhaust gas recirculation valves, air conditioning control, wastegate solenoid, and tachometer.
  • Lean burn capability for applications that require control at Lambda > 1.
  • Capable of up to 4, 6, or 8 cylinders in sequential firing with GAC provided inductive ignition coils or OEM 'driver-in-coil' ignition coils.  Capable of 16 with two modules.
  • Two ignition maps with selector switch input and knock detection as well as multi-spark capability.
